With such a diverse ancestry that includes French, Russian, Japanese, English and Phillippino, growing up was always a culinary adventure when grandparents on both sides tried to outdo each other! A graduate of CCA San Francisco, Chef has honed his skills with Princess Cruises, Marriott, Hyatt, and garnered a James Beard Award in New York while working at Five Feet and Five Feet Too.

It has been over 30 years since we met and still remain friends through thick and thin. Former pastry chef with Maestro (the famous butter cake) and a killer Christmas Tamale Party , we simply will not be here without him!
