With such a diverse ancestry that includes French, Russian, Japanese, English and Phillippino, growing up was always a culinary adventure when grandparents on both sides tried to outdo each other! A graduate of CCA San Francisco, Chef has honed his skills with Princess Cruises, Marriott, Hyatt, and garnered a James Beard Award in New York while working at Five Feet and Five Feet Too.
