Between Chef Pierre, Leslie, Sous Chef Ernesto, Richard Z, - the Bartender, Darren the DJ and Nina, there is over 100 years of combined experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, and we love every minute of it. It is instant gratification to see each and every event from beginning to end, knowing that everyone had a wonderful time with family, friends, and colleagues and that the host/hostess actually had the opportunity to be a part of the occasion and never having to worry if there will be enough food and beverages for everyone.
